Hello and thank you for stopping by! My name is Mark and I'm the "Personal Tech Expert". I perform personalized tech support and educational services for clients of all ages (especially Seniors and Veterans), of any skill level and on many different types of technology (sorry, but I do not support Apple products).
If you have existing equipment, great! I'll evaluate it to see if the tech is optimal for your needs.
If your technology is too old and slow, no problem, as I can assist in evaluating most any new tech that is out there.
I specialize in Windows laptops, Epson and HP printers, and Android smart-phones. I also work with setting up Smart TVs and streaming services.
If you need new devices, the first step to any good tech purchase is to know what to buy.
I'll sit down with you to best determine your wants and needs, then I'll research and fnally I'll recommend new equipment that is appropriate for you and in your price range.
Once the new gear shows up, I'll unbox it and set it up for you too.
I will download the latest software and configure your system with the newest security patches and feature updates.
I also will enable backup, security, and privacy on your devices as well as copy all your files and settings from the old equipment to the new.
I'll even configure all your accessories, printers, and other peripherals to work together.
Lastly, and most importantly, I'll educate you on your new technology. (I'm even available by phone for quick follow-up questions.)
I perform personalized one-on-one consultations or, if you have the space, I can present to groups of almost any size. I have "Talked Tech" at several assisted-living facilities and senior centers.
So, if you need me, I'm here for you.
Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon!
